Asked before every booking
Is there a fixed price list?
No — and we say so upfront. There is no fixed public tariff on any mode. Cars are quoted per vehicle, shared boats per person, charters per boat, and every quote reflects your party size, the season (June–September is peak) and sea conditions. WhatsApp the desk with your route and you get a real number.
Can one booking combine car, boat and air?
Yes — that is the point of Komodo Transfer. One desk composes the whole chain: airport pickup by luxury car, harbor check-in, speedboat or charter crossing, and the return leg. One conversation, one coordinator.
Do you own the helicopter?
No. Helicopter transfers and scenic flights are operated by partner aviation companies — we broker them and say so plainly. Flights are subject to charter availability, weather and national-park permits.
How early before a liveaboard should I land?
We recommend landing at least 3–4 hours before embarkation, and ideally the day before during the June–September peak. Your vessel sets the embark time; we align the airport pickup, hotel leg and harbor drop around it.
What happens if weather disrupts the schedule?
Sea state can and does shift departures — every time on this page is indicative, as of 2026. When conditions change, the desk recomposes your route or timing and tells you honestly what is and isn't sailable that day.
Tell us where you land — we compose the rest.
Fastest reply is WhatsApp. Send your route, dates and party size; the desk answers with an honest quote — no fixed tariff, no hidden marina fees.
